1. Forwarding and packing charges:

Delivery within Germany: all-in price EUR 2,00
Delivery within and outside the European Union: all-in price EUR 8,00

For all orders only payment in advance is accepted. Please write your name on the transfer form. If we don’t get the payment within 2 weeks, the order will be cancelled.

Except the above-named charges, no other costs will be added to the order value.

2. Protection of data privacy:

With dispatch of your order you agree, that all data, which were necessary for the development of your order, get stored by SHARDLESS. The data will not be given to third persons.

3. Miscellaneous:

Orders from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and the Baltic States please order under IronD Records Ltd., PO Box 55, R-117525, Moscow, Russia.

For all orders our terms of delivery are valid.

Please accept no damaged consignment (for example ripped up parcels) from the post office. If you do that, you confirm tacitly a faultless receipt.

All prices are in Euro (€).

We guarantee, that the articles we deliver are free from defects of production and material.

There can be minimum variation in colour because of the printing process.

These terms and all the contracts, which were concluded according to this terms, are subject to German law.
